Hello Again! I hope you are having a great weekend with some time to stamp or craft. I wanted to make a special card for a teenage boy who had a cousin die tragically. I am hoping that this hedgehopper might bring a grin for a second.
I wanted a dark sky where the angels are making cookies (that’s what my mom says when the clouds are orange).
I added a lightening blot to make the plane more like a fighter plane.
I used my NEW FAVORITE CLOUD PUNCH. I can’t believe that this wasn’t invented sooner. See the links below so you know where I purchased mine. The sentiment is from SRM Stickers and you can find that here.
This is the first time I was able to use my Copic compressor to airbrush the background. I thought it wasn’t working but, I just panicked! Finally I have the machine tamed! LOVE IT 🙂
That’s it for now. Have a great day! Hugs, Kathy

What a great idea. It is sad when younger people die. This is perfect for a teenager to let them know you are thinking of them

This is such a thoughtful card – the detail is incredible & the tweaking of the plane a super personalized idea. The cloud punch is amazing & this just shows what can be done with such a hard bit of life.

What a nice card! The trick with the tree tips was genius! And using the copic airbrush must be fun!

Such a sad time and thoughtful card. I like how you combined all the different stamp images to create this little scene.
This is such an atypical sympathy card, but so appropriate for the young boy’s loss of a friend. Very creative and touching.
