Card number ONE

Hello Friends, How are you today?? I am so excited to share some news with you!!  Paper Crafts Inspirations is a Uk based magazine and they asked if I would like to be featured teaching a “Master Class” in their magazine this month on vellum. I created four cards and a project using vellum for different levels of crafters. I think it will be a seven page spread showing products and the cards etc. (It just hit the stands and I have yet to see) Today I am sharing card number one with you.

To celebrate my first publication in a magazine I have a huge giveaway with almost everything I used in my cards and projects for the publication. More on the giveaway below this card.

I love these deer from Penny Black’s “Forest Friends” and in this card I gave the deer smiles for a different look. For this card I used some holly leaves to give the doe a soft feminine touch. I stamped snowflakes on the dark blue card stock with white ink and added some more white with a gel pen. To get that soft effect on my card base I sewed vellum on top of the blue.

The sentiment is from SRM stickers and the label is from Spellbinders called “Ribbon Tag Trio”.
