Hello Friends, Happy May Day! May is an extremely busy month for us with lots of Birthday’s, Graduations, Prom and Open Houses. My son coming home from college is definitely the highlight for me! I haven’t picked up any markers for 5 days and I’m starting to go nuts but, this weekend I was fortunate enough to fit in two of Fred Mullett’s classes. The class I found most inspiring was ADVANCED embossing. I can’t wait to share and create with the new techniques I learned. You can read some of Fred’s tips right here. Fred created some beautiful stamps and I love many of his fish images. This particular fish fish is what I created in class using the embossing techniques and water colors. Anything new with you? Have a great day and thanks for poppin by. Hugs, Kathy |

Yes, May/June is always so jam packed!! I have no graduations to attend in the near future, but birthday after birthday after birthday! And most of them are for the toddler set so… can be nervewracking! I went to Fred’s page, love the cocktail straw idea for embossing powder. I can not WAIT to see what your creations are!!!

SO jealous! There were 2 Fred Mullet classes at my LSS last week and between a time that didn’t work for me and the cost, I wasn’t able to take them but they looked AMAZING as does your fish! I’ll definitely have to check out the link!

Very striking indeed – thought it was a photo to start with. Take care midst all you are doing. I’m not sure quite what day of the week it is – convinced that time gets shorter with age!

Looks like you had a super time with the classes.
