Good Morning Friends, I have another GIVEAWAY. A very special person in my life, Brian Mitchell, is a junior in high school. Brian is the most incredible well rounded person I have ever met. Not only is he highly intelligent, he’s an amazing athlete, compassionate, loving and creative to boot … thats Brian in a nutshell! ANYWAY…his mom sent me this video and said, “I wanted to share Brian’s documentary (~ 10 mins) that he created from start to finish for his school’s National History Day project this Wed…he hopes to enter this documentary into state competition. I cannot tell you the countless hours he spent on primary research (interviews, articles, phone calls, trips to Baltimore & DC, etc) then the actual filming/editing/voice overlay process…it is on you tube so pls click the link below!”
HERE IS THE LINK
I would love it if you could click on the link and view Brian’s U-Tube video. I will draw a random winner the at the end of next week from the comment area at Brian’s U-Tube video. You do not need to comment here. Have a great day! Hugs, Kathy P.S. The giveaway goodies are in the photo. You will find many way to use the Smash Box items and who doesn’t love Hero Arts banners. 🙂 |

Thanks for sharing that Kathy. I grew up 45min from Baltimore but had never heard of the school, much less of this great accomplishment. I would have left Brian a comment on his video after seeing it, giveaway or no. He did a fantastic job- his effort definitely shows.

He did a fantastic job. Must admit that I was actually not familiar with the segregation in schools nearly as much as I thought I was… (sorry, European upbringing leaves gaps…) so it was very educational.
