Hello Friends, Happy Mother’s Day to you. I like the way Wikipedia described Mother’s Day. “Mother’s Day is a celebration honoring mothers and motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society”
I hope you are being honored in some way today even if you are a ‘Mother’ or not 🙂 I am blessed to have my mom live close to us and my bonus mom too. Today I will do my best to show them how special they are. You can bet I will be in the kitchen trying to whip up something special. It might be my one of my staple salads below. For a few years I have been wanting to start a cooking blog to organize and share my recipes and finally the blog is up and running. It’s called Kathy Dishes.
