think clear blue skies and fresh snow - two cards

Hello Friends, How are you? If you subscribe to my blog this card showed up in your email without any verbiage!! ACK! Sorry about that …. I had started drafting this post then I got all caught up in Thanksgiving, cooking and totally forgot about finishing the post! What I wanted to share was that Purple Onion is having a very sweet sale & I thought you might want to check it out here.

These images from Purple Onion you can find on this page. The background was created with this stencil and some distress ink. Super easy and affordable plus so easy to store. The bow is made from this die cut and blended with some Copic coloring.

The background on this card was created with a stencil from Tim Holtz & distress ink also. (sorry about the bad photo) I decided to turn the branch into a tree by giving it a trunk. The sweet bird and branch you can find at Purple Onion here.
