Hello Friends! Welcome to DAY 8 …. can you believe it … time flies when you are having fun!
Today it’s a little more doodle coloring with Concord & 9th. Love this stamp called, “You’re My Person” I planned to take only five minutes tonight but, ended up coloring a little longer and I am anxious to color this image with real colors. 🙂
I think I might add some white dots, trim it up and throw a sentiment on it.
With that said I want you all to know thatI love seeing what you all are sharing… it’s awe inspiring. Thank YOU!
See you tomorrow. Hugs, Kathy
P.S. If you want to share what your creating go to DAY 1Â and scroll to the bottom of the post. You will find a blue Inlinkz tab to link up your coloring.

WOW, I can only imagine how gorgeous this will be when you are done with it.
Very pretty image! Looking forward to the finished project …
Beautiful doodling and more beautiful words. It is nice to remember and recognize those who managed with their kindness to make us happy. This is a very meaningful dedication to hero arts
Aww thanks so much Ameena. I love hearing that … I feel like I am not good at communicating my feelings so it makes me happy to know that the message came through.Thank YOU 🙂
You are very true good hearted person and what comes from the heart goes to the heart. I’m sure the message was clear and beautiful and your words are just as pretty as your art
Pretty! A reminder that a single colour can have just as much impact as a zillion!

Hi Kathy… What for a great card… I haven’t already this souffle pens… but you are guilty… if I buy it… 😀 😀 😀 I love your inspirations… Hugs Ute
What I love about this series is that you do things with colouring that I never thought of before..I never thought to stamp and then fill in around it with black. Its very striking!
Cool!! Looking forward to see the finished project.
I’ve decided to go with your term of Doodle to describe my work across the board, such as it is lol! This card will be so lovely! LOVE that stamp, WANT!
I just love your blog! When I grow up, I want to color just like you. I decided to take the challenge and was successful the first day and then . . . . . . However, on one of your posts you used pens I’ve never seen but reminded me of Gelly Roll Stardust pens from Sakura I purchased YEARS ago. I got them out yesterday and found a piece I’d stamped and cut into an oval of a SU stamp of poppies and started coloring! This morning I decided to see if I could shade with these. I used orange for all the flowers and then decided to see what would happen if I added red and because I didn’t like it – I picked up the orange while the red was still wet and blended it – what a beautiful color! Thank you for this challenge. I would take a picture, but it would not do justice to these colors!
Very cool. I’m thrilled you are eperimenting and enjoying finding time for you. Thank you so much for being part of my coloring challenge. 🙂
Hi! Beautiful card. I think I have some Soufle pens. I need to get them out. Thanks for sharing.
I’ve been coloring each day with watercolors or distress markers. Have made some backgrounds using Dylusions paints which R fairly new to me. I just love their vibrant colors! I’ve met my personal goal getting 10 cards painted but now need to assemble them That’s usually my biggest challenge. Have fun today!!
WOW quite the accomplishment. TEN! I’m so glad you are finding time for you. 🙂
