When I was assembling my card I realized my card needed a little more so I stamped the champagne flutes to round out my card panel. I fussy cut them and added some glossy accents.
After coloring some of the hearts pink I glued vellum on top. Some of the hearts I left open.
Thanks for your kindness, patience and your visit. I hope 2017 has been a good one to you so far. Thanks again! Hugs, Kathy

Aww thanks Teresa and thanks for always being there. Feeling so grateful. Hugs 🙂
This definitely a fun celebratory card. The vellum is elegant. I really like the wine and glasses atop the vellum.
Thanks so much Sheila 🙂
I learn so much from your posts, particularly the video posts where I can watch your creativity flow. I have also been adding Glossy Accents to some smaller die cut shapes. How do you keep them from warping as they dry? Perhaps my card stock isn’t heavy enough? I would appreciate any insight you have. Thanks!
Hi Mari, Thanks so much and for watching those videos. You might have guess right about the glossy accents. I use 110 lb so I only experienced warping way back when I was covering a large area. Maybe if you glue a small square (the area that you are applying) to the back of your paper to give it more body then it won’t warp? Thanks for asking and watching. hugs, Kathy
Kathy, I really appreciate your response and tip. I am looking forward to my crafting Saturday and I will be trying Glossy Accents on a 110lb paper die cut and see if that is an answer to my warping problem. Eagerly awaiting your next fabulous card idea. You teach me all sorts of great techniques. Thanks so much.
Mari
What a great card! I’m sure they will love it! Can’t wait to see how the “hunt” went! Thanks for sharing Kathy!

Thanks Barb!!! My post is ready and I will share it this weekend. I have been having some computer problems. Excited for you to see it Hugs.
Hope the computer fairies get it fixed up good as new for you! 🙂 (((HUGS)))
What an amazing card!!! I love how you can look at a stamp set and envision things I would never think of!!!! I hope you find some balance, I know how crazy an unbalance in your life can be!!
Aww thanks Kimb that’s soo sweet!!! Appreciate the vote for balance… It’s a journey but, I am taking it so that’s a good thing. All the support I can get is a great things to thanks again. Hugs, Kathy
Wow, what an amazing card! I love all the images on your card and how you made it. How did you get those beads to stick to your card? I just tried to stick some round seed beads to a card & they wouldn’t stick! They are so tiny I used a glue stick and they kept falling off. I guess those will go with some sequins in a shaker card when I get around to watching one of your videos or Jens and see how to make one. That is one of my next projects.
Glad to have you back! I missed hearing from you but me of all people know how life can sometimes get in the way of other things. I hope we get to hear from you more.
Oh yeah, can’t wait to see how the Scavenger Hunt went. Those are always fun but I’ve never heard of it for a proposal before. The bride and groom are lucky to have a friend like you.
Thanks Gail you are always such a sweetheart. About the engagement … my post is ready and I will share it this weekend. I have been having some computer problems. Thanks for your interest and I hope all is well with you. Hugs
Great card and great idea to have a scavenger hunt for an engagement surprise. The extra touches you add always step it all up a notch or two. The next thing you know, they’ll be asking you to make ALL their cards!!! 😉 So happy to hear you were just busy. Life does that, doesn’t it?
Thanks so much Lucy that’s so sweet of you to say. You would think as an empty nester I would have more time. Go figure lol. 🙂
