those colours!!!!! amazing.
I’m not familiar with Power Poppy stamps, but that image is gorgeous. I’m hopping over to their blog to see more of their products. As always, your coloring is beautiful.
It is really beautiful!
SUPER DISCOVERY, Kathy! You can also used an Elegant Writer Pen to get an aged look! I have found I can get some blues from the ink…! The way I learned to use these pens is to stamp in a Tea Dye Ink (Distress Ink) & take the Elegant Writer Pen & draw over the lines of the image where you want, & then take your water color brush & blend out the ink…. doing this gives an aged look! 😉 BUT, you could use the ink in the pens to whatever color you are using too!!! I LOOOVE the depth you have given this flower! 😉
They say everything happens for a reason – I guess this was a teaching idea for you to share with us. Your bloom looks lovely and I am excited to try this technique out for myself!
