Hello Friends! How was your weekend? Did you celebrate Father’s Day? Sunday was a wonderful family day in our home to celebrate our special Dads, Father’s and Husbands. I hope your weekend was filled with love and good cheer.
We were away for the weekend and I didn’t have the ink I needed. OH MY! what a happy accident. I hope you don’t mind but, I am going to send you off to the Power Poppy blog to find out what my happy accident is.
I am falling asleep while writing the Power Poppy post so I am loosing steam fast and I hope you all understand.
Power Poppy will be sharing a HUGE announcement — They will be sharing the TEN images that have been previously available exclusively in clear stamps …. but will now be digital downloads!! There are some VERY POPULAR illustrations in this mix, and some true favorites to color. Marcella can’t wait to share them with you!! (AND they’ll all be 25% off with discount code COLORINGCHALLENGE) Woo Hoo!
Thank you for your understanding and your visit. I will be back tomorrow with another giveaway and more coloring. Hugs, Kathy

SUPER DISCOVERY, Kathy! You can also used an Elegant Writer Pen to get an aged look! I have found I can get some blues from the ink…! The way I learned to use these pens is to stamp in a Tea Dye Ink (Distress Ink) & take the Elegant Writer Pen & draw over the lines of the image where you want, & then take your water color brush & blend out the ink…. doing this gives an aged look! 😉 BUT, you could use the ink in the pens to whatever color you are using too!!! I LOOOVE the depth you have given this flower! 😉
