Hello Friends! How are you all! While I am doing this post I am tearing up watching these fires in California! Like again! Come on Mother Nature! Then the snow and ice in other parts of the world….. not to mention the news! Ugh! It’s time to bring back some happy and that’s the 30 Day Coloring Challenge. The next one will start November 1st. November is a crazy month but, that’s a signal I will need it more than ever.
On another note ….

I had fun creating this video using one of Simon Says Stamps new collection called, “All that Sparkle” Yes please!
Making holiday cards that don’t scream Christmas are my favorite cards to create. Today I inked up Simon Says Stamp Christmas Kaleidoscope cling stamp with Gina K. Designs amalgam ink .
To finish off my card the Holiday Greetings Mix 1 was perfect for that extra holiday pop.
To create this card I used a combo of two watercolor markers. Tombow and the new Karin watercolor markers.
When you are coloring or painting a large stamp like this Cristmas Kaleidoscope cling stamp keep in mind you don’t have to color every area. You can color in chunks and keep some spots white. I had such a zen and relaxing time painting this.
The center of the stamp was die cut with a circle and the other panel was popped on my card with some foam tape. Adding some glossy accents on a few details gave me a little holiday glimmer.

Gorgeous, Kathy! Thank you for sharing. I agree about the California fires. WHY can’t they catch a break. I grew up not far from the Porter Ranch fire. Makes me so sad. I am hoping to do a little coloring during your next challenge. Fingers crossed!
