Hello Friends, Greetings from Arizona! The land of the saguaro! I am so obsessed with them. My friends movers came today and so did Verizon and unfortunately their cell service is really bad even after Verizon came! UGH! . We had to do a late night run to a Safeway just so I could post this blog post and post my coloring for the day.
This photo was taken from my friends back yard! LOVE!
This beautiful stamp is from Brutus Monroe. Isn’t it fantastic? So just a tad more grumbling lol. Uploading these photos has been very frustrating so I am going to say chow and hopefully tomorrow I have better luck. Thanks for your patience!
See you tomorrow. Hugs, Kathy

I wondered where you had got to Kathy with Day 6 post – realize how spoilt we are with internet connections….. lovely that you are able to help your friends move…and wow what a backyard scene, definitely no neighbours, just prickly statues.. NOW your card is AMAZING, I love this stamp and your beautiful bright colours and that sentiment seems really appropriate for this occasion…. more happy colouring and hope your friends settle well with their move. Robyn

Hey Kathy, glad you’re enjoying AZ. By the looks of the photo, guessing your friends are in the Scottsdale or Fountain Hill’s area. I’m sorry you’re having such internet concerns, we have phone issues too at times. Your coloring is beautiful, I haven’t taken any photo’s yet of what I’m coloring, but I try to spend at least 10 minutes/day coloring of some kind. I’m glad you’re here in AZ!

I’m from Ohio, but I love the saguaro cacti in AZ. Your friend has an amazing view to enjoy every day. Your coloring talents and skills are, as always, the absolute best. The stamp you’re showcasing today just makes me feel happy, or upbeat. Beautiful. Thanks so much for the inspiration. I’m still working on the white gel pen dots. You make it look so easy. Love your results.
That’s a pretty stamp and your coloring is beautiful. Thanks for sharing
Love these bright and happy colours on your card!
Nothing like an interruption from the things we rely on day to day to remind us of all we grateful for – even when that thing is the internet! Thanks for the inspiration Kathy!
Love the photo from AZ. Trying to find time to color everyday. Thanks for the encouragement
Hey Kathy, Thanks for another fun challenge. Just fyi it looks like the link it closed to add more coloring.
Your friend is one lucky person! I love Arizona so much. The desert and mountains are so beautiful all times of the day. Love your coloring… this is really bright and beautiful. Almost a Russian feel or maybe Scandinavian, either way I love it. Hope you are squeezing some fun while helping with the move.
That view makes it all worthwhile. Enjoy.
Wow! Amazing work!
Hang in there friend , enjoy the journey . Your creativity has inspired thousands and we are so great full !
I missed you yesterday but I completely understand – and your coloring was worth the wait!

Beautiful coloring and beautiful photo of Arizona! Thank you for sharing! ♥️
It’s funny how much we depend on the internet and the connection it gives us to others. Without it we certainly do feel lost.
Love that beautiful photo you shared. What an amazing place.
Thanks for trying to hard to share with us today. Another gorgeous colored creation!!
Enjoy your time with your friend.
Just thinking how dependent we are on the Internet and cell service now. We take it for granted, and each interruption looks a nightmare! LOL
The stamp and you coloring is gorgeous! I love all the doodling you made, Kathy! Absolutely different look!
Sometimes it’s nice to be off the grid! And what a wonderful place to be!
I really love how your colors pop. For the first time I colored the nooks and crannies and I love it. Now, I admit I probably could’ve gone darker but I had already gone out of my comfort zone.
The view from your friends back yard is amazing! As is your colouring AND this stamp!!
Dear Kathy
Oh my God the coloring is so beautiful. Love the vibrant colors and the details. You are one kind lady . Really appreciate your kindness. Hope your internet issue gets sorted soon. Love the pic too.
I have a small question for you. I use Colleen watercolor Pencils for my coloring. I sharpened my pencils for the first time and by the time i finished it my hand is full of corns. Is it due to the poor quality of the pencils. What affordable brand do you recommend.
May you and your family be blessed always
Such a beautiful colourful piece! Thanks for making all the effort to get it posted to share it with us!
Absolutely beautiful! WOW this is gorgeous and the details! Have a safe trip!
This is so beautiful! 🙂
Indeed a gorgeous image from Brutus Monroe.
I love your use of bright colours and all the little things you added to this gorgeous image.
Thanks for posting this despite of the bad internet connection, happy colouring and “see” you tomorrow.
Gorgeous landscape and beautiful card.
Such bold colors! Love it & awesome as usual!
Wow, it looks like your friend was in for a thunderstorm! The clouds look so dark. It’s been a while since I went to AZ. I had an aunt & uncle who lived there & we went to visit them. My uncle passed away about 4 years ago or so & my aunt was put in a home a few years later. It was so cool to see AZ because it is so different from where I live.
I have to say that I love this stamp so much! It is so cool! I clicked on the link so I could see what they had & of course, I loved a lot of them. Why does that always happen to me or does it happen to you too? I love how you colored this image & it is exactly the way I would have colored it. Great minds think alike, right?
I’m able to post again. Sometimes it lets me post & sometimes it doesn’t. I am able to post on Facebook though. I just like being able to post on both sites. I just finished a Christmas or birthday gift for my sister who was born Dec. 16. I’m deciding which gift it will be for. I am going to post it here & on Facebook. I think she will love it!
Thanks for another great post & have fun moving your friend. I’ll bet you will be glad to be home where there is WiFi.
I love this coloring, so inspirational. And your photos also so great! It is so nice to see a picture of a card taken in nature.
wow loving all that amazing color… really pops with the desert background. LOL I love floral backgrounds they are always fun to color. Well done.. Totally love it.
its so Wonderful!
Wow, what a stunning colourful card! Great photo too!
Thanks for sharing your beautiful card. Always enjoy your colouring challenge
Great coloring as usual…love your work.
What a perfect place to show off all those bright colors !
Love every inch of this card!!!!!
You always manage to turn ordinary into extraordinary!
Love this stamp from Brutus Monroe and the colors you have used for your card are bright and cheerful. Makes my day happy.
This card is absolutely lovely, such brillant colours and wonderful coloring! I actually once had this really impressive experience, when I was visiting a desert in California: When I drove in everything looked greyish and a bit boring. When I drove out then, the sun was there and it actually was already quite low, it was amazing, how wonderful the desert all of a sudden looked. Isn´t that strange how much light does with our senses?
Kind regards from stempelfrida
This is so very beautiful Kathy!
Xoxo Olga
Fabulous card!
COOL sight, it must be exciting to see these huge cacti in person!
… as ALWAYS, LOVE your colouring, SO VIBRANT and the sentiment is a DELIGHT!
