Hello Friends, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to you. You might still be celebrating or not but, either way I hope your holidays were what you wanted them to be. Quiet, busy or crazy full of everything.
Do you set New Year goals? I don’t but, I do try to find a little time to reflect on the past year. As the clocks tics on with another year passing this year I am going to try and be more accountable and mindful. I thought I might share with you just in case you might want to try something new and different too.
Here is more information about the class in Cathy Z.’s words.
“Beginning today you can sign up for Fit 2020, my year-long e-course designed to help you track and document your wellness story, whatever that story may be!
2019 was a year of change for me personally, following a high blood pressure diagnosis in late 2018. I’ve been working this puzzle for well over a decade and I finally connected to one simple fact: I have to take care of me to the best of my ability. My abilities were more refined this year and I made needed changes to the way I was eating and moving. Long story short: I guess my middle aged body needs fewer potato chips and less cheap red wine.”
Check out Cathy’s blog post here . Like Cathy says,”Health is literally everything.
Each month in Fit 2020, you’ll log in for a monthly motivational podcast from me, which will be 30 minutes or less. The idea is to give you a monthly pep talk and help you reconnect to that laser sharp focus we seem to have at the start of any year and any new journey.
I want to help you keep connecting to your goals.”
In my journey taking Cathy’s class I am hoping to add some recipes and food photos to my notebook because I think that will motivate me more since I do enjoy cooking. We shall see but, I am looking forward to her monthly pod casts to keep me on track or to guide me back on track.
I will be back any day to announce my class with OnLine Card Classes. Stay tuned and see you soon. Hugs, Kathy
P.S. Keep hose pencils sharp haahah

Saw Cathys post earlier, sounds like a fabulous idea to me. Have been watching her progress over this last year, she has shared so much with us. I think we should all be more self loving, without feeling bad the we’ve taken time for ourselves when we’re used to spreading ourselves so thinly for everyone else.
Thank you also for sharing so much of yourself with us all again over this year, it very much appreciated. Hope you & your family have a fantastic 2020. Craft hugs x

Good luck with this, Kathy. For a second there, I thought I may actually do this, but I know myself better than that. Enjoy yourself and know that a lot of us are rooting for you!
Happy New Year and may we all find a place of peace for ourselves in 2020.
