Hello Friends! How are you? Sorry I have been MIA …. so much happening in a good way but, keeps me from blogging and creating. For today’s blog hop I created two cards with minimal supplies.
The “Shine On” cling background stamp really came to life the minute I started adding paint. Very relaxing and zen to paint. Thanks to the “Reverse Thank You” sentiment strips I was able to finish quickly without fussing with a stamped sentiment or a die cut. A quick snip and a little glue and you are done. I usually add foam to one of the strips for some dimension.
Add a few sequins and finito!
My second card was quick to make …. something new for me. The “Slimline Waves” stencil was so much fun to ink up with some distress ink. For someone who usually spends three or four hours on a card this super quick card was refreshing to create. The “Reverse Thank You” sentiment strips add a spunky graphic spin to my card.

I love the color combinations of these cards. The sun was just stunning. I like quick cards to the waves card also appealed to me. I could see the mini ink pads but would like to know what colors they were. When I find colors I like that go together and are something I haven’t used before I like to write them down so I can remember to try them when I am crafting.
