Hello Friends! Happy Friday!! These next 8 days are going to be crazy. My daughter is moving back to NY and I have a bridal shower at my house. All good things and we are lucky and fortunate. My blogging might be slightly late or sporadic in the next week but, I will be coloring and sharing on Instagam.
Oops I was going to cover the Shiz part on the coloring page! Sorry if this offends anyone. This fun and slightly inappropriate coloring book was gifted to me. I love that the images aren’t small and don’t strain my eyes.
Grabbing a book can be faster than finding something to stamp. Coloring in books can also be a good place to be creative and test out things you might be hesitant to try. I will probably add colored pencil highlights to this sweet penguin.
Have a good day and see you tomorrow! Hugs, Kathy
P.S. To share your coloring on my blog click here for DAY 1.
P.S.S. If you are a newbie there are 2 ways to share what you are coloring. If you want to join a community of coloring enthusiasts I recommend Instagram. Instagram it’s about community, connecting & a great place to share what you are coloring. Tag me,Kathy and use the hashtag #thedailymarker30day. Children #thedailymarker30daykids. The 2nd way is share what you are coloring is to link up to my blog .

I was gifted several colouring books and it’s taken me ages to start them. Now I colour every morning while watching a mystery on Netflix. Like you said, no need to think of what to stamp. ❤️

The penguin is so cute. I don’t own any coloring books. Can you use Copics on them? I’d like to see some of the books. They look like they would be fun.

What a gorgeous penguin.
I have several colouring books but hardly use them, great tip to try things out in them.
I hope for you that you can squeeze a little me time into your busy schedule.
Thank you so much for sharing, stay safe and have a wonderful weekend.

No offence taken , I do love colouring in colouring books, adults or childrens, it’s so calming. I’m hoping when the granddaughter is older she will colour with me or rather let me colour with her. Got nothing done at all today but did get to have the little one stay over at grandma’s last night for the first time, Yeahhhhh x Keep going with the inspiration, I have catch up work to get on with tomorrow x

Hi Kathy!
No offense at all! Kids shouldn’t be on -line unattended any way! What a fun image to color! I love coloring books! I’m always afraid to color in them, though! LOL I picked up three 5″ long coloring books at the hospital when my Dad was in the hospital for over 2 months! They are really good! I love that I find people coloring everywhere! I do it when in a waiting room at the doctors!
Glad you made it home safely!
