Hello Friends, Welcome to day 30!! Oh my how time flies!! Before we get started hopefully you will be asking …. “will you do the 30 day challenge again?” Yes & yes !. A few of you asked about that mega hop… well I bit off to much with that and kinda ran out of time… Sooo sorry. The month really got away from me. At the very bottom of my post I have a super cool organizational giveaway!
I want to thank you all for your continued support, enthusiasm, inspiration, participation, and so much more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all really give me so much and I hope that I do a good job showing my appreciation.
So not only is it the last day of the challenge but, it’s the last day of my guest design on The Stamping Bella Blog for this month. (Last week she had a surprise giveway on The Stamping Bella Blog so be sure to pop over there to check and see if there is another one.)
On the last day I like to try to give you all something different so this time I am bringing back the Starbuck Cup Card!!! You can see the fall cup card that I did a year ago here?
In the video … besides cutting the Starbucks cup for a card …a few of the fine detail tips I share how I added enamel accents on the eyes, glossy accents on the nose and an embossing buddy to get a nice clean embossed sentiment.

As a bonus card I wanted to create a shaker gift card with my favorite Starbucks red cup. Star sequins are in the shaker mix and glued on the front of the card with some matte medium.
Anna Bucciarelli participates in the coloring challenges when she can and Anna’s talent has no bounds. Can you believe she’s the creator of this Starbucks cup…how cool right! You can check out her goods that she sells here and her IG here.
You can see the back of the cup peeking on on the inside. I used a white gel pen to add some faux stitching.
I thought the back of the cup would be fun to use on the inside to hold the Starbucks gift card.

Loved watching all the 30 day coloring ideas on your site. Your are sooooooo talented and make things look so easy. I am just amazed by your coloring talent. The final day with the video of the Starbucks cards was wonderful. I often save pieces of product packaging to recycle and the old cup card was so cute. What great projects!!! I cant believe its already the last day of the challenge. I unfortunately only made it for half. With moving and a new night job it just became so tough. I have not heard of desk maids, but of course I could find some way to use her organizational apparatus…I’m currently tearing my craft room apart to better organize what I need to have right at hand every time I create a card!! Now that I have my Christmas cards nearly done, it’s time to start thinking about re-organizing my craft room. I think these Desk Maids would be terrific for organizing.

What a great idea to use a Starbuck’s cup for your card. I am not a coffee fan so I save myself lots of money by not going to Starbucks but I do have many relatives who are Starbuck’s fans. Kathy, honestly, you are a GENIUS!! This is the absolute, absolute best idea how to recycle those beautiful starbucks cups!!! I’m blown away!! And last but not least I want you to say THANK YOU again for all the work you are doing for that very unique challenge. I always have a blast going through it and I met such wonderful people (also in real life! Even from the US!! Imagine – she came visiting me in Switzerland last June!! That was a great 30 Day Challenge! I played every 2nd day or so until I had to go into the hospital for knee surgery. The colouring helped me stay calm for my surgery. I can’t wait for the next one! Thanks for all the fun.

Oh these cards are so cute! I want to thank you Kathy for motivating me to color! I managed to color an image every day! I am so happy! I now have 30 images to turn into cards! I didn’t spend as much time at the computer at night. I used my time to color. I’ve had so much fun with this challenge. I have enjoyed seeing everyone’s coloring in the Facebook group and some images on Instagram. I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Wonderful challenge! THANK YOU, Kathy (and all your helpful elves) for the great 30 day challenge. I wasn’t able to color every day, but found myself coloring for an hour or more when I was able, so I think I surpassed the combined total of 5 minutes x 30 days by quite a bit. I took coloring supplies on my Thanksgiving visit to see my brother, s-i-l & niece. My 9-year old niece always stays with me and my sister when we visit. She usually loses interest in my “big ideas” after a while, but I’d come out of the bathroom and find her watercoloring on more than a few occasions! She had a ball, especially when I showed her how to use salt to make interesting textures. She had a couple of meltdowns when something didn’t turn out like she wanted, but I told her about you and how you often make mistakes but things always turn out beautifully in the end. (Sad to say, she wasn’t entirely convinced, but carried on.) She was so excited to be able to keep the stuff I took. Another coloring monster has been created, thanks to your inspiration.
I saw several Starbucks cups designed from people all around the world at the local Starbucks shop not long ago. What a great idea to repurpose one of them into a gift card holder — and make it a shaker card to boot. You are simply the BEST in my book.
Get some rest. You deserve it after all your hard work which, I’m sure, none of us can really fathom.

Sob sob! Sniff Sniff! (Blowing my nose sounds too!) Cry cry! LOL The coloring challenge is all over! How will I live without the coloring challenge? I will get by somehow, someway. I’m glad to know that the same coloring blog on the same coloring channel (hey, a coloring channel! I want one on my cable system with you at the helm. Can we huh, can we? Now to comment on the wonders I see on this page. I see Stamping Bella! If you will look at all the things I posted tonight before your last page is published (sniff, sniff again) you will see some Stamping Bella. I get e-mails from them all the time! In fact, I posted some cards on their site and won a great stamp! I am so addicted to really cute stamps and ones that I can color and boy do both of those fit the bill with Stamping Bella. I always comment when I have time because I love what they do. It’s so cool that they have contests too. I was so shocked when I won, so I have to say how much I love your card.
Another shaker card and I must say even though I am not a coffee drinker and we don’t have a Starbucks in our town (the closest is over 1/2 hour away and who would drive that far for coffee anyway when we have Dunkin Donuts in town) I love that cup and I love your card. I so have to watch your video so I can learn to make a shaker card. I hope it’s not to hard to make but then the first card I ever made in a card making class that looked impossible wasn’t when it was explained and showed to me. Santa got me lots of stuff for shaker cards and cards in general. I’m going to miss your e-mail’s everyday. Thanks for sharing your love of coloring with all of us. I hope we do your blog proud.
