Have you noticed or seen Simon Says Stamp watercoloring cards? I love the fun illustrations and I love not stamping sometimes. (this particular set is sold out but, there are so many more)
Every time I travel I pack up my Zig markers, a palette, rag and some of my watercoloring cards. You can see all of them here. (The images are on Tim Holtz bright white watercolor paper and there is a pack for every occasion).
Part of this was watercolored on an airplane and I was able to finish it today.
Zig markers are so bright and bold and I am finding them easier and easier to color with. (I will have a video soon)

I’d love to sit near you on an airplane and watch you color! Can’t wait to see your video on coloring with Zigs as I struggle with my Zigs so I use them sparingly. The flowers are just gorgeous and I love the addition of the white dots and the black outline.
I love how you add those special touches of white to make the flowers pop. Your coloring is just so stunning!

So beautiful, I also love the Zig Markers for there bright colours. And yes please do a video, I have a lot to learn about them.
Now I am going to finisch my 1e project for this coloring challange.
I toke the challange to finish things that I have been started. I saw that I had quite a few things that were not done.
And when everything is done, then I hope the 30 day are not over and I can do something new for this challange.

Beautiful! I love the coloring cards no matter where I am, but I rarely travel without them because they are so portable! I haven’t tried my Zigs on them yet, and need to do so because I love the look you got using them!

Hi Kathy, I DID see Suzy’s water colouring cards and they are amazing!I take a pack of them with me also when I am going to be anywhere that I have time to kill. Love them! I was away yesterday at our cottage so I took my colouring with me and enjoyed my afternoon completely. I did the hop today and I am hoping the month goes slow as there is so much inspiration to be had in the crafty world this month and so a lot to keep up with.

Fun card! I’m trying to play with different colouring mediums so that I will become more comfortable with each of them. But today, I think I will continue colouring the free STAMPlorations colouring page that I started yesterday using coloured pencils. I even created an IG account (cretancrafter) so that I could share my colouring samples.

Beautiful cards Kathy, I wish you had been flying with me yesterday! I just arrived home from a trip to Banff National park and flew in 2 tiny airplanes, with no room for the legs! No coloring done yesterday with all the travel and I plan to do some this evening. I also didn’t get to do your hop yesterday so plan to try to fit that in today, among the laundry and unpacking.
Ack good luck Sheri … take a deep breath and your coloring can always wait. Nothing worse than those tiny planes 🙂
Super pretty Kathy! I do love these cards, as you say, sometimes you just want to colour and not worry about stamping. I find it quite hard to use my zigs on them, they take a while to blend and are definitely more suited to smaller images. But perfect for a plane journey! Thank you for sharing, Lisa x

You are a breath of fresh air, I’m from Dickinson, TX where we received 50″ of rain and my husband, myself and my cats swam out of our house, literally swam, no touching the ground! I normally watch you, Jennifer and Kristina faithfully but I’ve been pre-occupied for the last 2 weeks.
