Simon Says Stamp released “Crafty Hugs” last month and I have been itching to color it. Finally I had a chance to ink this whimsical and fun stamp.

On another note I have a amazing GIVEAWAY!!  A huge bundle from SimonSays Stamp … find out more at the bottom of my post. 

During this particular challenge I haven’t had much time to doodle and this stamp was perfect for some doodling with lines and circles. In this photo you can see the before and the after.

This step-out might be better? I thickened up the stems … not added them. Grey highlights made the flowers pop more before my doodles.

I’m colouring and even doing some watercolouring to keep on top of my anxiety but I’m not posting this time. I think that’s part of hiding out in the house with the pandemic these days.     SIMON SAYS STAMP I always knew i could embellish cards, but never thought about embellishing the images!!! You’ve made them more interesting and detailed. The coloring has more opportunity after the embellishing, too, and adding depth to a fancier image seems more likely than adding more shading to a very simple flower.

    So I don’t forget, Simon Says Color. That stamp? I have to have it! I am in love with flowers, any & all kinds. You should see the outside of my house & all the colorful flowers!I love colors too & my flower garden is very colorful!
