I am super excited to be featured on the SRM blog today. Visiting Susan and John at CHA is always an highlight because they are such special & kind people. I love seeing all of the exciting things that they carry each year and they never stop smiling.
I had so much fun creating this little scene with some stamps designed by Janes Doodles. SRM stickers not only carries Janes stamps but, planner stamps, cool packaging and lots of other unique products.
Ok how cute is this “Special Delivery” stamp set. I will never forget before my kids were born I would hang out in the nursery sitting among the stuffed animals…inhaling all the baby smells.
There are a lot of window dies on the market but, this one is my fav hands down. The “nursery” wall paper is from this 6×6 paper pad. The sentiment was stamped on vellum with black ink.
I cut off one of the folds on the top of the pram and popped it for added dimension. It also allowed more room for both stuffed animals. The texture was added to the pram with my tried and true technique (the rag with this) I used some distress ink on the background that was left over on my distress tool.
I wanted to keep stamping so I combined this set with this awesome “Coffee Time” stamp set. I hope to finish this soon.

I love the smell of coffee but I can’t get over the bitter taste. I am a tea girl any time of the day.
I drink several small and strong cups of coffee in the morning and the evening. We have a semi-professional machine and buy our coffe beans from Spain. This coffee is just perfect: rich in flavour, not bitter, and low in caffeine (less than 1%).
Your baby card is really sweet, but my eyes are drawn to your flower card. Love your flower arrangement and cannot wait tomsee the card finished.

I can drink only decaf for health reasons. So, I don’t really drink coffee much except for my (every) morning mocha with decafe espresso.

2 gorgeous cards and yes I drink coffee but it tends to be decaff and only the occasional caffeinated for a treat, but so love my lattes skinny of course full fat is just too rich lol.

I’m probably the odd one out as I don’t drink coffee. I never got into it, although I do like the smell of the beans. I am a tea drinker. I’ve enjoyed the 30 day color challenge. Infact, I pulled out my barely used copics and I am starting to practice. I may be hooked now. I even ran out and got more colors. Can I blame you? Lol

Love my two cups of coffee every morning…. No sugar though. Just organic black coffee with a little butter and a Tablespoon of coconut oil. Whip it all up in a blender and wow.!!!! Bullet proof coffee!

Your baby card is adorable Kathy! I love the awning over the window and the popped up pram hood fold. Great touches. One questions… Does the stork collect the baby from the cabbage patch? I drink a cafe latte when we are out to dinner after the meal but I drink chai tea in the daytime. Hubby uses 8 scoops of freshly roasted and ground coffee beans per cup, yes per cup, for himself so I don’t like his idea of coffee.

I love coffee, but my blood pressure has been so high, even with meds, so now I drink decaf. That’s also the reason I love crafting as it is so good for me!
Because of heart rhythm issues, I’m not supposed to drink coffee, but I’ve found that the Half Caf tastes just like regular and doesn’t create any problems, so I drink a cup or two of that in the morning. I also drink tea, because I can control how strong I make it and that way I don’t get too much caffeine. Also like the instant hot cider mixes.

I’m having trouble posting, so I hope I’m not duplicating myself. Adorable card! You gave it so much depth and dimension with your always artful coloring and assembly. I can’t pass a baby without commenting and/or taking a peek. Yes, I do drink coffee. It has to be black and strong. If it needs something added, then I don’t consider it coffee, but a frou-frou drink. 😉 Lattes are OK once in a while, but they also have to be strong. Luckily, coffee does not keep me awake, but I do usually switch to tea in the evening. I’m better at making coffee than coloring……..

I really like how you used the blue gray shadow effect around the objects; I don’t think I’ve seen that color used before and I really like it! Sure makes those flowers pop off the paper.

I am a coffee drinker (tea too) but not a Starbucks fan. I prefer Mcdonald’s, 7-Elven, or the best is at home when my husband hands it to me as I wake up and wake to the kitchen.

I usually drink coffee in the morning and then tea throughout the day. There was a period of a few months when I stopped drinking it for no specific reason and after a few days I didn’t think about it.
Eventually restarted because everyone at work drinks it and I missed the taste, but if I could find a dark deep decaf roast, I’d switch.
Gorgeous coloring on these. Yes, I love coffee.. I make it with just cream and sugar at home, but I do enjoy flavored lattes, from time to time. ^_^ Love your cards!!

Believe it or not, I’m a crafter that doesn’t drink coffee! My hands shake enough as it is. I have been known to drink a little hot chocolate with a bunch of marshmallows though! That is such a cute card!

I do not like the smell of it and I don’t even like walking in the grocery store aisle where it is located. Ha ha ha, I have an intolerance to coffee, I love coffee, but it just doesn’t agree with me, when I was due to give birth, the midwife told me, go and eat are drink something that usually disagrees with you, that will bring the baby, so I went and had an espresso and the baby came that evening!!!

Check out the new card I posted. It’s a Valentine’s card I made for my niece. My dad said it was so beautiful and so did my mom. He couldn’t figure out how I did it and I said it was a sticker from Elizabeth Craft and I colored it in. Mom loved it too. I am proud of how it came out and I hope you like it too. It’s watercolors and it took me 2 days to paint it. I know my niece will love it!
I’m not much of a coffee drinker right now. When I was able to work, I’d drink one drink every day. I like foo-foo coffee drinks like mochas, lattes, and yummy drinks like those!
Adorable cards! I like coffee if it’s heavily flavored and sweetened, but I rarely drink it because it makes me too jittery. I hate the taste of tea, so I don’t get much caffeine 🙂

I am deeeefinitely a coffee lover. I need it hot, fairtrade and without any “flavors” except coffee (possibly a dash if cardamom or cinnamon) and with oat milk in it… Yum!

I’ve gotta say, I have been looking for a window die for a long long time. I wanted one that really caught my eye and sparked some interest for me and this one did the trick. I love this die and it’s on my must have list. This card is so cute and if I were pregnant or just had a baby I think I might frame this one and hang it in babies room. Great job Kathy!

I am trying to catch up on some of the posts I missed. These cards are so darling and I love the window die. The scene you is so darling. I love the extra dimension you have created. It’s so cool to be able to look through the window to see what’s inside. I am mad for plaid, so of course you must know I love the plaid. In answer to your question, yes I do drink coffee. Several cups a day. Have done so for years.
