Hello Friends, How are you? I am so excited because today is my fourth feature called “It’s All About You” and it’s all about featuring some of you. This is an amazing feature to the challenge!! Love seeing all of the different mediums being used and seeing what others are creating! I have SO far to go before I can even consider myself a colorist but am working on it each day!! I have a picture I have been working on for a few days with the help of a technique book and am impressing myself with how far I have come in just a few days!! Can’t wait to share it when it is all done.

Once again I am blown away by the talented people you have featured. I like that you did not refer by name, but let us explore more of their work as we wanted to. Such a great way to find new talent. I know the 30 Day challenge is coming to an end, (sadly), but I will still comment how much I appreciate the photos including the medium used. Just a paintbrush, a couple of markers, or a couple of colored pencils tells the viewer so much. Thanks to all who shared their talents and love of coloring.

Kathy, this is my favorite challenge for card makers and colorists, hands down! I love everything you share from your art work, to tips, to encouragement, to new stamp companies and hops and prizes. I’d be here even if there were no prizes. You are AMAZING and I hope you know that. Thank you, for featuring my starfish card. I kept getting lost in crafter’s Instagram accounts. LOL. And couldn’t comment because I don’t have Instagram. I may have to join. Everyone who was inspired by your posts is AMAZING, whether they colored for 2-5 minutes or an hour, whether they watched a video-left you or another crafter a great comment, whether they tucked a thought away for another crafty day, etc. I had great plans to play every single day. I had plans to use things You have given me, etc. Glad I got to play for several days.
Congrats to all the winners & boo hoo that I am not one of them! LOL I am also amazed at all the great coloring I am seeing on the site. Wow, I am impressed! Everyone is just so good!
I started one of my retail jobs in 1980 and worked their for 18-19 years when they went out of business. My first coloring book of snow flakes is from 1981 so that is probably when I started coloring again. I bought 2 books the same. One was for me to color for myself. The other was for me to color, take them out and put them in lucite frames as Christmas gifts. I’m so glad coloring is big again but for me, i’ve been doing it for a very long time. I have markers, colored pencils, water color pencils, water colors, and chalk pencils and chalk that isn’t pencils, a 96 box of crayons and crayons that have glitter in them, that are shimmery and have 3 colors in them, and a few other kinds. I took 4 years of art in high school and in a grade school class of 40 kids, my art work was almost always hung up on the wall. I make jewelry, do embroidery and rubber stamp on clothing, flour sack dish towels and all kinds of material including wooden purses.
I have found some of the most amazing coloring pages on-line and I am going to print them all out and make my own coloring book. Then I can color whenever I want!
Thanks for all the fun things you teach us and I am so sad that this is coming to an end. At least I know you will start it up again and we can color all the time anyway. Love you, Kathy!

I have REALLY REALLY REALLY ENJOYED this Feature as its SO NEAT to get to see what everyone else is doing and that there are SO MANY different types of COLORING Artists out there!! I’ve been SHELTERED and you featuring other Designers ART has made me FIND NEW Artists/Bloggers to follow that I normally probably would have NEVER Found without you featuring them!! =) THANKS for that and although, I share your FEAR in NOT wanting to hurt anyone’s feelings, I still think its an AMAZING feature that I hope you CONTINUE to do again in the Future with any of your other 30 Day Coloring Challenges!!
